We turn your idea of the perfect space into a plan, a concept, renders and working documentation — and then deliver the interior turnkey, including every stage of construction.

We offer strong terms for full project procurement: our own warehouse, direct furniture supply from Iran and partnerships with Russian and international makers of appliances and finishing materials.

Available as separate services — design project, procurement, design supervision, construction and renovation, technical drawings, floor planning, decoration and art consulting — or as a complete turnkey interior.

A presentation that carries the mood of the future interior: palette, materials and your own associations.

We show the future interior as realistically as possible and approve every view with you.

Working documentation
A full drawing set for the builders: elevations, joints, electrical and plumbing schemes.

Specification
Every finishing and decorative material in the project with quantities, drawn from the working drawings.

Furniture, decor and lighting schedule
It simplifies sourcing: we cost the budget in advance and run purchasing against the schedule.

Construction and renovation
