Furniture warranty
All SARVEHOME furniture holds the required quality certificates and meets every safety requirement. We back this with warranty and post-warranty service.
The warranty period starts when the item is handed over to you. If you find a defect covered by the warranty, we will refund you or replace the item with a new one.
To use the warranty, simply keep and present the contract confirming the purchase from SARVEHOME.
What is covered
covers:
- manufacturing defects;
- damage that occurred during delivery;
- damage caused by SARVEHOME assemblers.
does not cover:
- damage caused by improper storage or use;
- damage caused during self-assembly by the buyer;
- damage that occurred during self-pickup;
- natural wear of the furniture.
Post-warranty service
Even if the warranty on furniture bought from SARVEHOME expired long ago, you can still come to us for advice.
We will suggest ways to solve the problem and, if needed, send your furniture to the SARVEHOME restoration and repair service.
If an item bought from SARVEHOME did not suit you for any reason, you can return it or exchange it for another item within 7 days of signing the contract
- the original factory packaging is kept;
- the item has not been used;
- the furniture or decor is in saleable condition and of proper quality;
- the furniture was not made to an individual design.
Presenting the contract is enough for a return.
Delivery costs are paid by the buyer.
